- Hello Dan and welcome to the GEM List. I agree with you, and ^W was in my
- original proposal. However, as you say German programs are a problem. I
- suggest that we go along with the Germans on this one since they have
- already established this (rather strange I agree) key for closing windows.
- All German programs I've seen use this.
